2009 Introduction to Whitewater Slalom for Adults
You can make it down the river, catching eddies and maybe do some surfing, already. Take your game to the next level this summer! Improve your precision, balance, and agility by learning and practicing slalom skills. These skills are 100% transferable to recreational paddling. You’ll become a more elegant and controlled paddler.
Who: Open to all adult paddlers, with some previous paddling experience
When / Where: June 27-28
10 am to 4 pm each day

Costs: Weekend Clinic costs $100. Waterwerks membership is required. (see below)
Bring: Lunch, water, sunscreen, and appropriate paddling gear. You must wear your life jacket. Please dress for the weather. Club equipment is available on request. Please write or call at least one day in advance to arrange.
Course cancellation and expansion: We reserve the right to cancel any program where there is insufficient interest. Participants already signed up for a canceled program will be given no less than seven days notice and will be given the choice of credit towards a future program or a full refund. We also reserve the right to run additional programs where there is extraordinary interest. Participants already signed up for an expanded program will often be given the choice as to which session to participate in.
